Poor experience. Such a waste of time. I arrived about 10 minutes before my 1:30pm appointment and was still waiting after 2:00pm without being seen. So, I canceled and left. I understand that delays can happen, but patients’ time is valuable too. Many clinics cancel or reschedule appointments if a patient is even 10–15 minutes late, so it’s disappointing when the same respect for time isn’t shown to patients. Better communication and scheduling would greatly improve the experience.

As a black woman seeking prenatal care I did not feel welcomed at this office. I was not greeted when i arrived while others that didn’t look like me were greeted. The nurse Annie Dyson came across as judgmental and the overall environment did not feel professional or clean to me. I will not return nor recommend

They are really nice and friendly , usually do everything they can to make things work for you so that you don’t have to come back for a reason they can resolve for you . I really appreciate their services and kindness .

About three years ago I'd written a review praising the Casey Center team especially Karen and Laura for having helped me with the many questions I'd posed, paperwork, scheduling, and everything in between during that time. Today I'm rewriting my review to add Jennifer Sims to the list--a caring, compassionate and knowledgeable nurse who helped me so much during a time when I carried much anxiety and uncertainty around my health concerns. Though i no longer seek help from Neighborhood Health and have been seen by numerous physicians and nurses since, Jennifer's calming presence and genuine support will always stand out to me as exceptional. Mrs. Sims, if you're reading this, I thank you deeply and wish you happiness and health for many, many years.
